Zag combines international competition, immersive cultural and educational experiences, adventure, and responsible Give Back opportunities into custom team tours designed to help athletes grow together on and off the field.
Melisa co-founded Zag with Jeremy in 2002. Her background as an international-level athlete and longtime NCAA coach gives Zag a coach's view of team development, competition, travel, and athlete growth. Her field hockey career is part of her personal story, while Zag serves teams across many sports.
Jeremy co-founded Zag with Melisa in 2002. His background in professional and collegiate baseball, international travel, coaching, business, and technology helped shape Zag's focus on meaningful experiences that strengthen both individuals and teams.
Kim brings more than 30 years of travel-industry experience. She works with international and domestic airlines and ground transportation partners to coordinate the flight and travel logistics behind Zag team experiences.
Melisa and Jeremy built Zag while raising Bryce, Clara, Cayden, and Miah. That family perspective influences how Zag thinks about coaches, athletes, parents, schedules, safety, and the shared memories that make team travel meaningful.
